1. What inspired you to join the Women in LegalTech community?

I’ve spent over a decade in LegalTech and transformation, and one thing I’ve consistently seen is the impact women make when they are given the right platforms and networks. Joining this community felt natural. I wanted to be surrounded by women who are reimagining the legal ecosystem, pushing boundaries, and creating space for future leaders.

2. If you could solve one problem in the legal world (or beyond) with technology, what would it be?

I would solve the fragmentation of legal workflows. The constant context switching between documents, emails, teams, and systems leads to inefficiencies and quality gaps. A truly integrated, intelligence-first workflow that brings lawyers, data, and decisions into one place would transform the profession.

3. What’s one book, podcast, or resource that’s made a big impact on how you think about work or life?

It’s a podcast called The Knowledge Project. It’s influenced how I think about decision-making, mental models, and long-term career choices

4. Outside of work, what’s something you’re passionate about or love spending time on?

Travelling to explore new places whenever I can and spending time with people who matter - shared conversations, slow weekends, and meaningful connections recharge me.

5. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received as a woman in your career journey?

“Don’t minimize your impact - own your seat at the table.” It took me years to internalize this, but it changed how I advocate for myself and the teams I have led.

6. If you weren’t working in law/legaltech, what’s another path you could totally see yourself in?

I’d be building something at the intersection of design, storytelling, and systems thinking - maybe product design, user experience, or even creative strategy.
