Building LegalTech solutions requires more than technical skills. It calls for an understanding of real legal problems, user needs, and the practical challenges of bringing an idea to life.
The Indian LegalTech Network (ILTN) × Vibecode Law Vibeathon 2026, sponsored by Trilegal, brought lawyers and builders together to develop practical solutions to challenges across the legal ecosystem. As part of the initiative, a series of mentorship sessions offered participants guidance as they refined their ideas and developed their projects.
Mentorship Session 1: Identifying the Right Problem
The first mentorship session featured Vaishali Gopal, Pintu Babu, and Mustafa Rajkotwala, who shared practical insights on identifying meaningful problems, building relevant solutions, and pitching them to potential users and buyers.
The discussion encouraged participants to look beyond the technology itself and focus on the problem they were trying to solve. Understanding user needs, assessing whether a solution delivers tangible value, and communicating its relevance are essential steps in building useful LegalTech products.
Participants also had the opportunity to ask questions, test their ideas, and reflect on how to strengthen their projects.
Mentorship Session 2: Turning Ideas into Solutions
The second mentorship session featured Pramod Rao and Tushar Bhargava for a conversation focused on turning ideas into meaningful LegalTech solutions.
The session continued the Vibeathon's emphasis on moving beyond ideation towards practical implementation. It encouraged participants to think about how their concepts could translate into solutions that address real challenges across the legal ecosystem.
Together, the mentorship sessions provided participants with opportunities to engage with experienced professionals, seek guidance, and approach their projects with a stronger focus on practical value and real-world application.
Building the Future of LegalTech
The mentorship series reflected the Vibeathon's broader objective of encouraging practical experimentation and collaboration between legal professionals and technology builders.
